Bistecca

“Bistecca” means “steak” in Italian and I am not sure if it translates exactly into Spanish as I don’t have a dictionary (!).

I am wondering how many days it takes until you don’t notice the smell any more.  It seems to be omnipresent!

Addendum: it is “bistec” in Spanish!  Often times it seems you just need to knock off the vowel at the end of the Italian word and there you go!
