My goodness! Who would think that finding a Spanish/English dictionary in Buenos Aires could be so difficult! I finally found one, and here is the Pablo, at the front desk, on the phone to different bookstores asking if they carried such a remarkably strange thing!
When I finally got to the bookstore, I looked through one of the larger dictionaries to see what kind of grammar it included. Not surprisingly, it was slanted toward what a Spanish speaker needs to know about English as opposed to the other way around.
I did find a few things very humorous, though; i.e. the Justin Timberlake reference (how hip is that?) and the taco sentence!! I’ll have to memorize that one!
